Dr. Andrew Harvey, OD

Founder · Optometrist

Dr. Harvey was raised in Crestwood, KY. After graduating from South Oldham High School, Dr. Harvey attended Eastern Kentucky University, where he earned his BA in Chemistry. He then moved to Chicago, Illinois to attend the Illinois College of Optometry. During his fourth year of school, he completed clinical rotations in many different areas of eye care, including Low Vision, Cornea and Contact Lenses, Pediatric Vision and Vision Therapy, and Advanced Care.

Once Dr. Harvey earned his Doctorate of Optometry (O.D.) degree, he returned to Kentucky to work for a short period of time doing LASIK consultations, and then for a bigger private practice in Lexington before returning to Louisville to open up on his own in 2009.

Dr. Harvey lives in Prospect with his partner, Jonathan, and their two dogs, Woodford and Juno. In his spare time he enjoys hosting friends out by the pool in the summer, horror movies and video games, and playing piano.

Dr. Jeremy Fowler has been in the optometry business for nearly 25 years. Originally from Indianapolis, Dr. Fowler began his career as an optometric technician and optician in Madison, IN before completing his doctoral degree at the Indiana University School of Optometry. He returned to Indianapolis for a few years before moving to Louisville where he has practiced for the last 15 years.

Dr. Fowler's passion for eye care stems from his personal experience with vision issues from an early age and his desire to help others achieve clear and healthy vision. He is especially passionate about myopia management in children and is a certified CooperVision Myopia Management Specialist. He is also a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society and the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists.

Outside of practice, Dr. Fowler has also participated in several mission trips to Central America, and has provided optometric services at several local prisons. He also enjoys running, camping, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife, Kristen, and their three children.
